Spinner Sunil Narine has been withdrawn from West Indies World Cup 2015 squad. Currently he is continuing his work on remodeled bowling action. Primarily the spinner was named in the 15-man world cup squad of West Indies. Narine was kept out of international matches for the last five months as he had to work on an action, which was reported during the Champions League Twenty20 last year.
Sunil Narine out of the 2015 cricket world cup:
There has been a statement from the West Indies Cricket Board that confirms – all of Narine’s deliveries are currently being recorded as legal. But, of course it is not easy to maintain a new bowling action in such a short period of practice.

Sunil Narine is lacking confidence that he can’t maintain his new action in hyper competition ground of World Cup 2015.
“Going in to the intensity of the Cricket World Cup is a little too much too soon”
– As Sunil said.
Before his time out, the dangerous spin bowler was ranked number two among the one-day international bowlers. After the incident he assured after consulting the WICB that he needs to delay his return to international cricket until 100 per cent confident.
“Whilst I am very happy with the progress made to date with my action, my thanks to the coaches working with me in Trinidad and Dr Daryl Foster in Perth”
He also didn’t forget to thank the WICB for their support and had to be sorry to be kept out of the great cricket world event willingly.
“I am withdrawing from the World Cup and wish the West Indies team the very best for the World Cup 2015 campaign”
May be West Indies still finding a proper replacement for the cricket world cup 2015, as they haven’t yet announced a name. But yes, Sunil Narine had already returned to domestic cricket with Trinidad and Tobago earlier in January.
